Description

The Marine Corps requires a centralized USMC law enforcement program, with program management support, training program support, and security support management to ensure a comprehensive, consistent, effective, and efficient law enforcement capability; the procurement of associated police equipment and uniforms, and non-guard security support.

Work Details
The contract includes various tasks such as assisting Corrections in preparing required annual corrections related reports, adjudicating current year goals and objectives, consolidating agenda for quarterly USMC Corrections Community conference calls, ensuring accuracy of information published on the Corrections website, developing training solutions, providing materials and identifying delivery methods for end users as well as Academy Help Desk support and site administration staff.

The Contractor shall provide an annual training plan to include Basic Police Officer Courses and Advance/Specialized Courses per year. The Contractor shall also develop training solutions and provide academy support by maintaining the curriculum, teaching the Course of Instruction (COI), identifying required and future training and development needs, conducting training appraisals, devising lesson plans, monitoring and reviewing the progress of students. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide Mobile Training Team (MTT) Support to conduct advanced and specialized law enforcement training at Marine Corps installations. The Contractor will also be responsible for curriculum development support to create and maintain COI, lesson plans, student handouts, practical exercises, examinations, evaluations, and training resource requirements lists for all courses instructed. Furthermore, the Contractor will provide Administration Support including performing clerical duties in addition to coordinating internal and external administrative requirements. The RFI/Logistic Support will be responsible for providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic processes in support of the objectives of the organization.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps (HQMC) at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico. There are also requirements within this Program that must be performed at locations in the National Capital Region (Northern Virginia and/or the District of Columbia) and/or at the Marine Corps Police Academy (MCPA), Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
