Headquarters Air University Microsoft 365 A5 Academic Licenses

The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for the purchase of Microsoft 365 (M365) A5 academic licenses for Headquarters Air Univsersity A6 (HQ AU/A6) as described in the Statement of Requirements (SOR) (Attachment 1) and redacted Brand-Name Justification & Approval (Attachment 2), physically located at Maxwell AFB, AL 36112. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHA79330AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (Attachment 3) are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20200114, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2019-1001.
