Background
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) will provide PK-12 instruction to over 65,000 dependents of active-duty military and civilian employees. DoDEA operates schools in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific, with various grade configurations. DoDEA has adopted College and Career Ready Standards (CCRS) in mathematics, literacy, the arts, social studies, and science. DoDEA requires a cloud-based, commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) assessment platform for K-12 ELA/literacy, mathematics, social studies, science, a K-12 test and item bank for standards-aligned formative assessment items K-12 ELA/literacy, mathematics, social studies, and science only, and related virtual professional learning.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a cloud-based assessment platform to integrate, host, deliver, operate, support machine and hand scorable formative assessments for K-12 ELA/literacy, mathematics, social studies, science, health, art, music, career and technical education. The platform shall meet technical features such as integration with DoDEA’s Learning Management System (LMS), technical adequacy of assessments aligned to CCRS and customizable assessment templates.
Additionally, the Contractor shall provide virtual product training in the form of asynchronous webinars or digital modules that can be placed on the learning management system.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of nine months and nine 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
Performance will be at various locations including schools in the Americas (seven states including Puerto Rico and Cuba), Europe (Germany, England, Netherlands etc.), and the Pacific (Korea, Japan including Okinawa and Guam).
