HD K9 Services (Base + 2OY)

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, is issuing this solicitation for HD K9 Services to support security operations at the Hoover Dam. The goal of this contract is to provide professional K9 services for inspection of live animals, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. This procurement is part of the agency's ongoing efforts to maintain security and operational integrity at critical infrastructure sites.

Work Details
The contractor will provide K9 services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include:
1. **Base Year (Line Item 00010)**: K9 services for the period from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with a delivery date of September 30, 2027.

2. **Option Year 1 (Line Item 00020)**: Continuation of K9 services from October 1, 2027, to September 30, 2028, with an anticipated exercise date of August 30, 2027.

3. **Option Year 2 (Line Item 00030)**: Further extension of K9 services from October 1, 2028, to September 30, 2029, with an anticipated exercise date of August 30, 2028. All services must comply with the specifications detailed in the PWS and supporting documentation must be provided with quotes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over three years starting from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Hoover Dam and potentially other locations as specified by the Bureau of Reclamation.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is a total small business set-aside. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and submit supporting documentation with their quotations.
