HCF Machine Shop Tool Cabinets

Background
The contract is issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers, aimed at supplying and delivering tool and storage cabinets for use in the Machine Shop aboard the Heavy Fleet's Service Barge. The goal is to provide a complete cabinet system that meets specific technical specifications and operational requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will supply various tool and storage cabinets with the following specifications:

- **Cabinet System #1**: Three 8-drawer cabinets (46.97"W x 28.54"D x 39.37"H), one butcher block top (1.75" x 30" x 143"), backboard accessory attachment, and an accessory system kit including an overhead light, markerboard, slotted tool rack, adjustable height shelf, and power strip.

- **Cabinet System #2**: One 11-drawer cabinet (30.0"W x 27.75"D x 57.0"H) with nine 3.87" drawers and two 4.66" drawers, plus one storage cabinet (30"W x 27.75"D x 24.72"H) with locking door.

- **Cabinet System #3**: Two 6-drawer cabinets (30.0"W x 21.46"D x 34.95"H) and two storage cabinets with locking doors.

- **Cabinet System #4**: One 4-drawer cabinet, one 7-drawer cabinet, and one 5-drawer cabinet with a butcher block top spanning all three cabinets.

- **Cabinet System #5**: One mobile tool cabinet (45"W x 28"D x 34.95"H) with five drawers and a storage cabinet.

- **Cabinet System #6**: Two 5-drawer cabinets (30"W x 27.75"D x 31.02"H) and one larger mounted cabinet (60"W x 27.75"D x 24.72"H).

All cabinets must be dark grey with a high-quality powder coat finish, have a capacity of at least 440 pounds per drawer, include keyed cylinder locks, be assembled and tested prior to delivery, and come with necessary mounting hardware.

Period of Performance
The contract duration for procurement, assembly, inspections, testing, and delivery shall not exceed 60 days from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
Delivery to the US Army Corps of Engineers Louisville Repair Station located at 2605 Shippingport Drive, Louisville, KY 40212.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor must ensure all assembly and testing are completed to meet manufacturer’s specifications prior to delivery. The contractor is responsible for providing a detailed list of cabinets being quoted along with drawings and dimensions.
