Background
The solicitation is issued by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for the HC-144B Maintenance Training Unit (MTU). The goal is to enhance maintenance training capabilities by providing realistic and effective training equipment.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of real-world cables for troubleshooting, operational checks using MPC cards, and troubleshooting with schematics and a Fluke meter. It specifies the availability of 115VAC, 400Hz power at 200 Amps and 208VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz power at 60 amps.

Real test equipment is preferred, including an AN/USM 708A ramp test set, a Druck pitot/static test set, and a Fuel Calibration set. Simulated test equipment should allow students to interact with knobs and switches as if they were real. Panels and boxes can be simulated as long as they function like real items.

High Bay Training Area in building 21, which can accommodate a fully assembled HC-144 and serving equipment.
