Hazardous Waste Transportation and Disposal Services/supplies

This is a request for quote for contractor's services to remove various type of hazardous waste materials from Northern California Area Office (NCAO) and transport it to an approved waste facility and acquire hazardous waste supplies in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. This procurement is a total small business set aside, firm-fixed price. The resultant of this procurement will be award up to three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPAs) for five years period from date of award (approximately March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2028). To be considered for award, contractor must quote all the required line items on the Price Schedule and a partial quote will not be accepted. An open market quote will not be accepted. BASIS OF AWARD: The award will be made on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Contractor must quote FOB Destination to: Bureau of Reclamation, Northern California Area Office, 16349 Shasta Dam Boulevard, Shasta Lake, CA 96019; 16515 Keswick Dam Road, Redding, CA 96001; 11757 Iron Mountain Road, Redding, CA 96001; and 1000 Carr Powerhouse Road, Redding, CA 96001. The applicable NAICS code is 562112 and the small business size standard is $47.0 million. Contractor must complete the Price Schedule and submit it with the quote package.
