Amendment 003 confirms that the NAICs code is 562112, Updates each of the Appendix A pricing sheets, provides exemptions from the page limit on technical proposals and corrects several answers to questions provided in amendment 002. See Amendment and conformed copy of the solicitation for details.

Amendment 002 answers questions from interested parties and extend the closing date to 11am Eastern Standard time January 17, 2020.

Amendment 001 changes section H.1 and extends the due date for proposals. Offerors must acknowledge all amendments within their Business proposal.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to Request Proposals for Hazardous Waste Collection, Transportation, Disposal and Destruction Services in support of the DEA. The Government intends to award seven single-award indefinate Delivery, Indefinate quantity contracts to support the seven geographic regions of the United States. See Attached solicitation and associated appendix for details. All questions must be submitted in writing by January 7, 2019 at 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time in order to be addressed.
