Background
The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) is establishing up to three unpriced Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Hazardous Waste Lab Analytical Support Services. The goal of this BPA is to provide necessary analytical support for hazardous waste management, which aligns with the mission of ensuring environmental safety and compliance at MacDill Air Force Base.

Work Details
The scope of the established BPAs includes the furnishing of Lab Analytical Support Services, which involves the analysis of various hazardous waste matrices including Aqueous Liquid Matrix, solid Matrix, Paint waste organic liquids, oils, Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and all soil tests.

Offerors are required to review a sample Statement of Requirements (SOR) provided as an attachment and submit a complete solution with pricing. The BPA obligates only to the extent that authorized calls are made against it, and delivery must be completed for any orders placed. Each delivery must include a delivery ticket with specific information such as supplier name, BPA number, call date and number, itemized list of services provided, quantities, unit prices, and total value.

A summary invoice must be submitted at least monthly or upon expiration of the BPA for all deliveries made during a billing period. Prices must be competitive and lower than those charged to the contractor's most favored customers.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this BPA is from September 15, 2024, to September 14, 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida.
