Hazardous Tree Removal IDIQ, Nimrod Blue Mountain Project Office   2

Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Nimrod and Blue Mountain Project Office, which oversees flood control reservoirs that include recreation areas and administrative facilities across three counties.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and maintenance of these areas through hazardous tree removal, limb removal, and stump grinding services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform hazardous tree removal, limb removal, and stump grinding at Nimrod and Blue Mountain Lakes.

Specific tasks include:
1) Removal of hazardous trees identified by flagging or paint;
2) Use of bucket lifts or pole saws for limb removal;
3) Stump grinding of identified stumps;
4) Cleanup of work areas post-service;
5) Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The contractor is responsible for planning, programming, administration, management, quality control, financial control, and maintaining accurate records. The contractor must ensure that all work meets or exceeds specified reliability rates or tolerances.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes one base period from the date of contract award until June 30, 2025, followed by four optional periods of twelve months each extending through June 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Nimrod Lake and Blue Mountain Lake in Arkansas.
