This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), and the solicitation number is W9124M-22-R-0023. Offeror shall submit this document in its entirety back to the contracting office.

This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07 effective 23 September 2022, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The e-mail body shall include the Offeror's name, address, phone number, UEI and e-mail address. PAPER COPY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Offerors are advised that all questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing to the Contracting Officer, Sheung Li and Contract Specialist Cierra Urquhart, via e-mail. No questions will be answered after 11 November 2022, 12:00 PM ET.

This Solicitation is 100% set-aside for 8(a) Small Business. The NAICS Code is 562112 Hazardous Waste Collection and the business size standard is $41.5 million.

The Contracting Office is seeking to purchase services for Hazardous Material / Hazardous Waste (HM/HW) Support services at Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield (FSGA/HAAF), Georgia. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included.

Location: 1550 Veterans Parkway (Building 1137), Fort Stewart, GA

Access Fort Stewart Procedures: Visitors must go to the Visitor Control Center to obtain a base pass. They must have valid Government issued ID, current vehicle registration and insurance if operating a vehicle, and be able to pass a background check.

Limitation: Each company cannot have more than two (2) people attend the site visit. Request RSVP to the KO/KS by 2:00PM (ET), 28 October 2022.

Service Contract Act Wage Determinations apply to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. WD # 2015-4485, Revision 19, and WD #2015-4491, Revision 22, have been incorporated by reference to this solicitation. The wage determination can access at www.SAM.gov.

The contract period of performance (POP) will begin as shown in the schedule. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. The government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price contract consisting of a base and four (4) 1-year option years.
