AMENDMENT 01 ADDRESSES CHANGES TO BONDING REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONDS TO QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THE SOLICITATION. AMENDMENT PROVIDES DETAILS REGARDING PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 2, 2020.

This project consists of delivering and installing a 170 foot span prefabricated steel truss trail bridge and 2 precast concrete grade beams. The bridge and grade beams have already been procured and are located at the Blackrock Ranger Station, 8 miles East of Moran Junction on Highway 26/287. The contract does not include the purchase of the bridge or grade beams.

All work shall be in compliance with the contract documents. Work includes, but is not limited to, transportation and installation of a new pedestrian/stock bridge and grade beams as per the attached plans, and the removal of the existing bridge structure and components.

This bridge is located completely within the designated Wilderness. All Wilderness Act regulations and requirements will apply unless otherwise noted in the contract documents. The COR and the Contracting Officer (CO) will identify a staging/laydown/assembly area at the construction site.
