HAWK Missile System- Management, Logistics, Engineering (MLE) Services and Material Supply Services for HAWK Fair Share Sustainment Operations (FSSO)   3

This is a notice of a Justification and Approval for the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) as they request approval to award a new undefinitized contract action (UCA) on a cost basis with Raytheon Technologies, 350 Lowell Street, Andover, MA 01810, CAGE Code: 05716. The combined requirement action, combines the requirements of contracts W31P4Q-17-D-0022, awarded 01 April 2018 and W31P4Q-17-D-0004, awarded on 29 Nov 2019 into a single follow-on contract. Per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), paragraph 6.302-1, entitled, Only One Responsible Source, the Governemnt has only one vendor that can provide the supplies and services that satisfy agency requirements.

The Army Contracting Command - Redstone (ACC-RSA) on behalf of SAMD is seeking prospective contractors to provide total system performance responsibility and support and sustainment services for the HAWK Missile System. Specifically, this responsibility requires support services for logistics, engineering services, material supply, test, product assurance, configuration
management, technical documentation, and other services necessary to perform effort in the areas of supply, maintenance, field use, sustainment and support of the HAWK Missile System's Major End Items (MEIs), Missiles, and maintenance and support equipment. The contractor will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) HAWK customer's MEIs and HAWK Missiles, CONUS and
OCONUS, as well as the HAWK Missile processing facility on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), NM.
