Hawaii National Guard Child Youth Services Annual Camp

Background
The Hawaii National Guard is organizing a Youth Symposium and Annual Camp for ages 6-18 that brings together youth within the state. This event aims to provide leadership and collaborative partnership experiences while assisting school-aged youths in developing personal life skills and resilience.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide lodging with individual beds, meeting space, and meals for all attendees. The contractor will also supply all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform a high ropes course at the camp site and provide a certified lifeguard for water activities. Specific tasks include:

1) Providing a qualified lifeguard for all ocean and pool activities;
2) Providing qualified staff to supervise and conduct the high ropes course;
3) Conducting safety briefs for participants before activities;
4) Ensuring participants sign waivers before engaging in activities;
5) Maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service;
6) Designating a Contract Manager to oversee contract performance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be from June 4th, 2025, to June 10th, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at a designated camp site suitable for hosting the symposium and annual camp.
