Scope

In addition to the NSNs listed in the NSN Listing attachment, the scope of this acquisition includes all DLA and DoD managed NSNs for which L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (CAGE 14304) and/or Harris Global Communications, Inc. (CAGE 7QAK7) are the sole approved source(s). NSNs within the scope may be added to this initiative or any resulting contract at a later date. The solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L27, Addition and Deletion of Items, to facilitate the addition of any future NSNs.

NSNs that qualify per the contract's scope may be added to the contract. The Government will identify potential contract add-on candidates through its own identification procedures and will provide the final determination regarding NSNs that will be proposed for contract addition.

Please note, all of the approved sources listed may not be the approved sources for all of the project's NSNs. Approved source(s) is/are: L3Harris Technologies, Inc. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
