Hannibal Complete Facilities Maintenance and Management

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide management, operations and maintenance and Custodial related services during the initial twelve (12) months of service in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation and prices for basic and alternate services.These services will be provided at the Hannibal U.S. Federal Building/Courthouse/U.S. Post Office at 801 Broadway, Hannibal, MO, Marion County 11/08/2023: Amendment 01 extended the due date for quotes. 11/13/2023: Amendment 02 extended the due date for quotes, provided RFI responses, corrected Attachment 2, corrected Attachment 2B, provided 18 attachments as supporting documentation for RFI responses. 11/14/2023: Replaced an incorrect attachment, "Attachment Q54 September Water Treatment" with the correct document. 11/14/2023: Amendment 03 corrected Attachment 2 Bid Sheet and corrected Attachment 2A Custodial Cost Breakout. 11/14/2023: Deleted incorrect attachment, "Attachment Q79 Attachment 2 Bid Sheet EXCEL" which was attached with Amendment 02 on 11/13/2023 has been removed. Vendors should refer to "Attachment 2 Bid Sheet CORRECTED 2023 11 14" that was attached at the time Amendment 03 was posted on eBuy on 11/14/2023 as the final version of the Attachment 2 Bid Sheet". 11/15/2023: Amendment 04 provides clarificatoin that the "CNA Fee" line item within 'Attachment 2A Custodial Cost Breakout 2023 11 14" burden rate key is not applicable to this solicitation and should be left blank when vendors submit the custodial cost breakout.
