Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision, and any other items necessary to properly assess the current condition of the hangar doors at H808, H809, and H810. After assessment the contractor shall provide a list of all discrepancies found. (see Statement of Work attached for additional information).

The 60th Civil Engineering Squadron Group at Travis AFB, California, is seeking to conduct a quality check and assessment of the hangar doors at buildings H808, H809, and H810. This solicitation is part of their ongoing mission to maintain operational readiness and safety standards at the base.

This Sources Sought notice aims to identify potential sources capable of fulfilling this requirement, particularly small businesses including various subsets such as Small Disadvantaged Businesses and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other necessary items to properly assess the current condition of the hangar doors at H808, H809, and H810. The assessment will include:

1. Functionality checks for each section of the hangar doors.
2. Documentation of all discrepancies found during the assessment.
3. Compliance with Federal, State, and Local Code requirements including NSPC, NEC, ASHRAE standards, OSHA regulations, NFPA codes, and UFC standards.

5. Provision of a man lift or any necessary equipment for conducting assessments.
6. Restoration of any disturbed areas to their original state post-assessment.
7. Disposal of all construction debris in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
8. Submission of system schematics (as-builts) and maintenance guidelines/manuals upon completion.
