Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 2 September 2021 to 7 September 2021 at 2:00 PM AKDT. No other changes are made.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to release the answers to site visit questions, the site visit sign-in sheet, more boiler information, and the JBER Historical Maintenance Repair Plan. No other changes are made.

JBER has a requirement to complete demolition, removal, and replacement of hangar doors, skins, cables, and door seals for hangar 6, JBER AK.
