Hanel Storage Systems Preventative Maintenance And Emergency Repairs

Background
This contract is issued by the Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) to provide non-personnel services for the preventative maintenance and emergency repairs of ten Hanel Storage Systems. The goal of this contract is to ensure that these systems operate at optimal levels, thereby meeting workload requirements effectively. Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

1. Conduct annual preventative maintenance services on ten Hanel Storage Systems, including cleaning, oiling, adjusting equipment, and installing required parts. Maintenance will occur twice a year for each machine.

2. Provide emergency repair services on an on-call basis within 24-48 hours of a trouble call. Phone troubleshooting is not acceptable unless it is to gather additional information.

3. Provide written reports documenting periodic maintenance and emergency repairs, including invoices detailing any additional costs incurred during repairs.

4. Maintain a quality control program to ensure compliance with contract standards and develop procedures to prevent defective services.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one year (12 months) starting from the award date, with four additional option years available.

The work will be performed at Tobyhanna Army Depot.
