Description

This is a service contract to provide Preventative Maintenance and Unscheduled/Emergency Repairs to ten (10) H nel Storage Systems. See attachments for more information.

Background: This is a service contract to provide Preventative Maintenance and Unscheduled/Emergency Repairs to ten (10) Hanel Storage Systems. See attachments for more information.

Details: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance and Unscheduled/Emergency Repairs to ten (10) Hänel Storage Systems as defined in the PWS. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Bi-annual Preventative Maintenance Services and Unscheduled/Emergency Repair Services shall be performed by Hänel authorized service technicians with experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing the Hänel Storage Systems listed below and the ability to perform all repairs for on-site preventative maintenance and unscheduled emergency calls.

Period of Performance: The base year period of performance is from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024. There are also two option years: December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025 for Option Year 1, and December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2026 for Option Year 2.

Place of Performance: The contract will be performed at Tobyhanna Army Depot located at 11 Hap Arnold Blvd., Tobyhanna, PA 18466.
