Please review all attachments thoroughly. You are required to submit your quote (on your typical quote template) along with Enclosure C. If your company is registered in SAM.gov fully, you do not need to complete Enclosure B. Enclosures D, E, and F will only be required by the successful offeror, which will be handled at that time. Below is a description of the item we are interested in procuring:

Handheld self-positioning laser scanner system. Includes scanner unit, Creaform.OS software, carrying case, 4 meters custom USB cable, power supply, calibration plate, 2,000 reflective targets, 1-year warranty, parts and labor. Acceptance Test based on VDI/VDE 2634 part 3 and ISO 10360 (Statements of compliance, where applicable, are based on test results falling within specification limits with no reduction by the uncertainty of the measurement)

Customer Care Program - HandySCAN BLACK+|Elite - First year warranty

1-year coverage, warranty on parts and labor, Creaform software modules updates, access to technical support 24/5 and remote assistance, access to e-learning, and shipping: Creaform to Customer, system remote health check

Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operates Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
