Handling and Transportation of Personal Effects and General Cargo for U.S. Embassy Baku

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation/bid for Handling and Transportation of Personal Effects and General Cargo services for U.S. Embassy Baku.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-bidding conference, and all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. See Section L of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).
Please email your quotation(s) only to BAKUBIDBOX@state.gov on or before 16:00 Baku time (8:00AM Eastern) on July 18, 2018. No quotation will be accepted after this time.

Please put Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 19AJ2018Q0042 in the subject line for all correspondence related to the RFQ.

The title of the email with your quotation must state the solicitation number. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in your proposal disqualification.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-33
2. Section B, Pricing Schedule
3. Section K, Representations and Certifications;
4. Additional information as required in Section L.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
