Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Hand-Pulling Eurasian Watermilfoil Services at North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT. The procurement is set-aside for small business vendors with the applicable NAICS code of 541990 and a Small Business Size Standard of $19.5 Million.

Work Details
The work consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary for hand-pulling up to four (4) acres of Eurasian watermilfoil at North Hartland Lake project. The contractor must have experience in successfully locating and identifying aquatic plant species. The period of performance shall be from contract award and end on 10/31/2024, with the possibility of exercising two additional options with the same scope of service.
Hand-pulling will be performed from 7/1/2024 through 10/31/2024, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise approved by the Technical Point of Contact.

Place of Performance
The North Hartland Project area is located at 112 Clay Hill Road, North Hartland, Vermont. The work encompasses water at North Hartland Lake on the Ottauquechee River from the dam to approximately two (2) miles upstream from the dam.
