HaloITSM Licensing, Installation, Configuration, and Implementation support services

Background
The Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) on behalf of the George C. Marshall Center (GCMC) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany is seeking proposals for HaloITSM licensing, along with the necessary professional services to install, configure, and deploy the product within their organization.

Work Details
The contract requires the procurement of HaloITSM licensing and support for 75 agents for a base period of 12 months with four follow-on Option Years of the same period. The installation and configuration services are expected to be performed over approximately nine (9) weeks during the one-year performance period.
The vendor is also responsible for coordinating with the organization's Systems Administration team to facilitate setting up the necessary server infrastructure, ensuring proper integration with existing systems, and configuring the software to align with the organization's ITSM/BPM processes. Additionally, the vendor shall coordinate with the organization's DevOps team to facilitate the seamless migration of data from the in-place ITSM/BPM solution to HaloITSM.

Period of Performance
The performance periods include a base period from 08/01/2023 to 07/31/2024, followed by Option Years 1 to 4 from 08/01/2024 to 07/31/2025, 08/01/2025 to 07/31/2026, 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027, and 08/01/2027 to 07/31/2028 respectively.

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered and performed at George C. Marshall Center (GCMC) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
