HAFB Boiler Control Maintenance

Background
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Hanscom AFB, MA, to maintain the 4 dual fuel (natural gas and #6 oil) boilers at the central heating plant (B1201) in accordance with the Title V permit. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications, federal law, state law, ETL 11-25 Implementation of Major and Area Source Rules as Applied to Boiler Tune-ups and Energy Assessments for the Boiler MACT Rule, EPA 40 CFR Part 63, 310 CMR 7.19, in accordance wit the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The work details include maintaining the 4 dual fuel boilers at the central heating plant in Hanscom AFB. The contractor is required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary for maintenance. The services and parts provided under this contract must conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications, federal law, state law, ETL 11-25 Implementation of Major and Area Source Rules as Applied to Boiler Tune-ups and Energy Assessments for the Boiler MACT Rule, EPA 40 CFR Part 63, 310 CMR 7.19.

Base Year: 27 Sept 2024 – 26 Sept 2025; Option Year 1: 27 Sept 2025 – 26 Sept 2026; Option Year 2: 27 Sept 2026 – 26 Sept 2027; Option Year 3: 27 Sept 2027 – 26 Sept 2028; Option Year 4: 27 Sept 2028 –26 Sept
