HAATS Gypsum CO Cleaning Services

Background
The Colorado Army National Guard is seeking quotes for cleaning and janitorial services for hotel-style billet rooms and common areas at the High-Altitude ARNG Aviation Training Site (HAATS) in Gypsum, Colorado.

The mission of HAATS is to conduct training for student pilots from around the world, providing hotel-style accommodations at no cost to the students. The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs (DMVA) oversees the maintenance of the HAATS building but is restricted from performing housekeeping duties necessary for maintaining the billet rooms. Therefore, this contract aims to ensure that these facilities are properly cleaned and maintained.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform housekeeping services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Key tasks include:
- Managing housekeeping for up to 34 hotel-style rooms and common areas on a weekly basis.
- Performing light cleaning and laundry on Wednesdays and main cleaning with linen changes on Saturdays.
- Housekeeping services are only required in occupied billet rooms and common areas.
- Initial setup of each billet room during the orientation period is required.
- A cleaning schedule will be provided to the awarded vendor.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year starting from August 2, 2025, through August 1, 2026, with four additional option years extending through August 1, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at HAATS located at 315 Airport Road, Gypsum, CO 81637.
