The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Emergency Generators and Standby Generators at their facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper operation of these critical power systems, which are essential for the medical center's operations. The facility has experienced challenges in maintaining these systems due to a shortage of staff, necessitating external support to meet maintenance requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:

1. **Preventative Maintenance (PM)**: Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for PM, testing, and repair of Emergency Generators and Standby Generators. This includes adherence to manufacturer requirements and maintaining equipment according to Installation and Operation Manuals.

2. **Routine Maintenance**: Conduct routine checks including visual inspections, battery checks, coolant level maintenance, fuel system checks, generator control panel inspections, and more as specified in the SOW.

3. **Load Bank Testing**: Perform load bank testing of generators as required.
