Generator maintenance and Load Bank Testing Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System   2

Background
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Emergency Generators and Standby Generators at their facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper operation of these critical power systems, which are essential for the medical center's operations. The facility has experienced challenges in maintaining these systems due to a shortage of staff, necessitating external support to meet maintenance requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:

1. **Preventative Maintenance (PM)**: Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for PM, testing, and repair of Emergency Generators and Standby Generators. This includes adherence to manufacturer requirements and maintaining equipment according to Installation and Operation Manuals.

2. **Routine Maintenance**: Conduct routine checks including visual inspections, battery checks, coolant level maintenance, fuel system checks, generator control panel inspections, and more as specified in the SOW.

3. **Load Bank Testing**: Perform load bank testing of generators as required.

4. **Emergency Repairs**: Provide on-call repair services for any failures or issues that arise outside of scheduled maintenance.

5. **Documentation**: Submit monthly schedules of planned maintenance tasks and detailed reports post-service completion including technician details, work performed, deficiencies found, and parts used.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on March 26, 2026, and ends on March 25, 2027, with options for extension up to five years total.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System located at 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, OK 74401 and an additional site at 440 South Houston Ave., Tulsa, OK 74127.
