The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to provide a revised Price/Cost Schedule that removed the dubplicate line item in Ordering Period 1.

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the solicitation response due date.

This solicitation is being issued as tiered evaluation with the following tiers: (1) SDVOSB concerns, (2) VOSB concerns, (3) small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority and (4) large business concerns.

The Kansas City VA Medical Center requires a comprehensive Water Management Program, validation testing, maintaining or replacing of consumable equipment, and a web-based data management system to meet VHA Directive requirements. The Medical Center maintains multiple individual water treatment sites throughout the facility, each requiring regular technical service for routine testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair according to all applicable standards.

Background
The Kansas City VA Medical Center, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking to establish a comprehensive Water Management Program.
