Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources to conduct boiler inspections and maintenance at the Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe and continuous operation of various boiler systems, which is critical for the facility's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for conducting boiler service, repair, and performing inspections, testing, and calibration of the following boiler plant burners, controls, and instruments:

1. Superior NB18600, 6,900, Fire Tube, Gas/Oil;
2. Superior NB18600, 24,150, Fire Tube, Gas/Oil;
3. Superior NB18609, 24,150, Fire Tube, Gas/Oil;
4. Superior NB18604, 24,150, Fire Tube, Gas/Oil.

This maintenance must adhere to commercial practices and manufacturer’s specifications to ensure operational safety.
