Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on award 36C24924A0007, awarded to Optimum Low Voltage for fire and sprinkler maintenance services at the Memphis VA Medical Center. The prior work includes inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, repair, monitoring, and emergency response for wet/dry sprinkler systems performed under NFPA 13 and NFPA 25 (along with related fire alarm standards), which aligns closely with the Fresno VA requirement for testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair of automatic fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards. The scope also reflects a continuing pattern of routine and emergency sprinkler system support rather than a distinct or unrelated service line.
