The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, is officially releasing a Request for Quote (RFQ) as Total Small Business Set Aside. This solicitation is for the manufacture and production of the Blade Fold Module Test Set & Servo Module Gen 2 Test Set IAW the attached Solicitation N68335-25-Q-0002. For access to the Government provided drawing documents, please send a request with an approved DD2345 via E-Mail to the address shown below, referencing this post and requesting access.

The interested offerors must be U.S. Government contractors and/or U.S. DoD contractors. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, which can be accessed at www.sam.gov.

All responsible sources are encouraged to submit required information for this effort as described in the RFP.

The response date for proposal submission is 4:00 PM EST, 4 March 2025..

Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the manufacture and production of the Blade Fold Module Test Set and Servo Module Gen 2 Test Set. This contract is aimed at supporting the U.S. Navy's H60 aircraft program, ensuring that necessary testing equipment is available for operational readiness. Interested offerors must be U.S. Government contractors.

Work Details
The contractor is required to manufacture and deliver the following items:

1. **Blade Fold Module Test Set**
- Part Number: 3909AS2130-1
- Quantity: 1 Each
- First Article Test required
- Compliance with Section C, Statement of Work & Section J Table of Exhibits and Attachments, Attachment 1.
- DoD unique identification or equivalent required.
- FOB: Destination
- PSC CD: 6635

2. **Servo Module Gen 2 Test Set**
- Part Number: 3909AS2200-1
- Quantity: 8 Each (1 Each for item 0002, 7 Each for item 0003)
- First Article Test required
- Compliance with Section C, Statement of Work & Section J Table of Exhibits and Attachments, Attachment 2.
- DoD unique identification or equivalent required.
- FOB: Destination
- PSC CD: 6635

3. **CDRL A001**
- Quantity: 1 Lot
- Request for Variance as per Section J Table of Exhibits and Attachments.
- FOB: Destination
- PSC CD: 6635

4. **CDRL A002**
- Quantity: 1 Lot
- Acceptance Test Report as per Section J Table of Exhibits and Attachments.
- FOB: Destination
- PSC CD: 6635.

Period of Performance
Pre-production and production units shall be delivered no later than six months from the date of award. The first article unit shall be delivered to Cherry Point, NC five months after the award.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include Fleet Readiness East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC, and NAVAIR Lakehurst Staging Facility, Joint Base MDL NJ.
