Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior contract 36C26124P1610 awarded to Technical Inspection Agency USA (valued at $25,730, performance 09/01/24–08/31/29) for “VERTICAL LIFT INSPECTION SERVICES” indicates a confirmed incumbent with relevant experience at the same VA vertical lift inspection function. The current requirement for periodic vertical lift system inspections and certification (including ASME A17.1/A17.2 testing and reporting) appears to be a continuation of the same type of inspection services for elevator/cart lift equipment at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System.
