Fire Alarm Server Support   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for Fire Alarm Server Support to ensure the maintenance and operational integrity of the Security Information Systems (SIS®) Alarm Center® software system at the Tomah VA Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive support services that align with the VA's mission to deliver high-quality healthcare services to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor, travel costs, and supervision necessary for maintenance service and support for the fire alarm server located at the Tomah VA Medical Center. Key tasks include:

1. Providing annual virtual licenses covering the full year for each base and option year.
2. Supplying temporary licenses to bridge gaps between existing licenses and new option year licenses.
3. Performing installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs of the SIS® Alarm Center® software.
4. Offering 24-hour technical support via telephone for emergencies, with a callback time of two hours or less.
5. Providing access to a private support portal with incident tracking information and downloadable updates.
6. Submitting written reports documenting all work performed within ten business days after service completion.
7. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards including OSHA and NFPA codes.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2030, with options for renewal in subsequent years.
