Fire Suppression systems testing, repairs and cleaning

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation to procure Fire Suppression systems testing, repairs, and cleaning services at the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC). The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and functionality of fire suppression systems within the facility, which is critical for protecting both patients and staff.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive testing, repairs, and cleaning services for fire suppression systems. This includes but is not limited to: inspecting fire suppression systems, performing necessary repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards, and conducting thorough cleaning of all components involved in the fire suppression systems.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period, commencing upon award and continuing until all required services are completed as outlined in the Statement of Work.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBC). Bidders must possess relevant contractor licenses for fire suppression system services. Additionally, bidders may be required to provide bid/payment/performance bonds as part of their proposal.
