SOLICITATION NOTICE
Roof Inspection Services for Yuma Area Office Buildings
The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, has a requirement to inspect the roofs to accurately detect the roof leaks on the four buildings and provide recommendations on repairs. Thorough inspection utilizing thermal imaging, Dec scanner, or other similar moisture detection equipment is required. Inspection report shall include, but not limited to, location, images, and roof repair recommendations as well as a cost estimate for the repairs.
This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 541350, Building Inspection Services with a corresponding small business size standard of $11M.
This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government contemplates award of one firm-fixed price contract but reserves the right to award none at all.
All Offerors are advised should they receive award of the inspection services, they will be precluded from offering on the repair work.
All quotes and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the solicitation, shall be submitted electronically.
A site visit is scheduled for July 16, 2024, 8:00 a.m. Arizona time, at the Yuma Area Office, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, AZ 85364. Please submit names of individuals that will be attending the site visit by no later than July 15, 2024, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Only written questions will be accepted for this solicitation. Please submit all written questions to DLRodriguez@usbr.gov no later than July 19, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. Pacific time. Each question submitted must include a clear reference for which clarification is requested. Written questions will be addressed in an amendment. Each question submitted must include the following information: document name, document date, specific page, paragraph, clause or other definitive citation for which clarification is requested.
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to DLRodriguez@usbr.gov no later than August 2, 2024, at 2:00 pm, Pacific Time. Submission of emailed quotes must be clearly marked on the Subject Line with RFQ No.140R3024Q0086. Email attachments combined cannot exceed 10MB.
