Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior SEM service contract award 140G0326P0007, awarded to Tescan USA for $26,235 (12/11/25–11/30/26) for “Scanning Electron Spectrometer (SEM) Service Contract.” The current requirement for a TESCAN MIRA4 SEM maintenance agreement—including routine preventative maintenance/calibration, priority technical support, software updates, and on-site field engineer troubleshooting and parts replacement—appears to be a continuation of the same type of vendor-supported SEM service coverage.
