This contract will have a possibility of four (4) option years after the base year expiration. This is not a guarantee of a five (5) year contract. *This solicitation is a reposting from 36C24718Q0183 (SMALL) February 2, 2018 *This solicitation is a reposting from VA247-17-Q-1087 (VOSB) September 5, 2017 *This solicitation is a reporting from VA247-17-Q-0979 (SDVOSB) August 2, 2017 *This solicitation is a reporting from VA247-17-Q-0882 (SDVOSB) August 2, 2017 This requirement will consist of Inspecting and Testing of the EnGauge Electronic Monitoring, Replacement of Batteries for Wireless Monitoring Devices, Inspection of Unmonitored Fire Extinguishers, Perform 5 Year Hydrostatic Testing, Replace En-Gauge Monitoring Gauges, Perform 6 Year Maintenance on Fire ABC Dry Chemical Extinguishers, and Perform 5 Year Hydrostatic Testing on K Extinguishers. Please reference SOW for full details concerning required services. Evaluation of all bid packages will follow Section E of the solicitation. Pricing will be evaluated for Excessive Pass-Through during price reasonableness determination. Please ensure all bid offer emails are titled referencing the Solicitation Number and Title of Service i.e. 36C24718Q0268 Fire Extinguisher so that they may be placed in the proper file folder for consideration. Failure to do so may cause a delay in addressing questions, inquires, and during the evaluation process. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. If you have not conducted business with the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina, you will be required to complete Vendor/Payment Forms to be entered into the local systems in order to be eligible for award.
