Background
The Weapons Control and Integration Department (H Department) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is tasked with supporting Naval, Joint, and national needs through design and fabrication, rapid prototyping, special acquisition, and technology integration related to circuit board design.

The goal of this contract is to facilitate the fabrication, assembly, and Bill of Material (BOM) procurement of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) on an accelerated delivery schedule.

Work Details
The Contractor shall fabricate, assemble, kit, and deliver finished Printed and Bare Circuit Boards (PCBs) and associated hardware. All deliveries must comply with specifications outlined in a Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP). Specific tasks include:
- Ordering and kitting required BOM components for PCB completion.
- Fabricating PCBs according to Government design files.
- Performing final assembly of PCB components onto fabricated PCBs.
- Providing a Certificate of Conformance.
- Manufacturing Class II and III boards/assemblies in-house as specified in individual BPA calls. Applicable specifications include IPC standards for PCB designs, performance specifications for rigid printed boards, soldered electrical assemblies, and various soldering requirements.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed within the continental United States.
