Description

This is a sole source solicitation for Northrop Grumman as the only responsible source. Contractor POC: Sandra Hubbard at Sandra.Hubbard@ngc.com. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than ten days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893621R0009 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.

Background
This is a sole source solicitation for Northrop Grumman as the only responsible source. Work Details
The contractor shall provide activities for the H-1 platform as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 11. This includes providing System Configuration Sets - Term, System Configuration Sets - Completion, Integration & Test, Travel, and Data for the H-1 platform. The SOW also outlines pricing terms for small/minor, medium/intermediate, and large/major test events/reports over a period of five years.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 26, 2022 to September 25, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including China Lake, CA and Patuxent River, MD.
