Project Title: Gym Equipment Maintenance Services at Vandenberg AFB, CA

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as request for quote (RFQ) FA4610-20-Q-0011.

Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 and DFARS DPN 20190628.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $8.0M.

Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto.

The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section).

The period of performance is as follows:

Basic Period: 1 Apr 2020 31 Mar 2021

Option Year 1: 1 Apr 2021 31 Mar 2022

Option Year 2: 1 Apr 2022 31 Mar 2023

Option Year 3: 1 Apr 2023 31 Mar 2024

Option Year 4: 1 Apr 2024 31 Mar 2025

6 Month Extension: 1 Apr 2025 30 Sep 2025

Please note that offerors shall input a total value of $10,500.00 for CLINs 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002 & 4002 Reimbursable Parts. Offerors shall input a total value of $5,250.00 for CLIN 5002.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
