ORDER OF MAGNITUDE: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,0Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.Please see Addendum to SOW, Added cut sheets, and RFI Answers. Background
The GWEF Chiller Plant and Cooling Systems Upgrade project is issued by the 96th Civil Engineer Group at Eglin Air Force Base. The mission of this group is to provide engineering support for the Air Force, ensuring that facilities are maintained and upgraded to meet operational needs.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the HVAC systems within Building 374 at Eglin AFB, which is critical for maintaining environmental control in the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing a comprehensive upgrade of the HVAC systems, including but not limited to:
1. Installation of new chiller units and associated cooling systems.
2. Renovation of existing HVAC infrastructure to improve efficiency and performance.
3. Compliance with all environmental management policies during construction, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
4. Coordination with facility management for scheduling and execution of work to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
5. Submission of daily reports detailing work progress, weather conditions, and any encountered issues or delays.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on October 1, 2025, and is expected to be completed by October 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
All construction activities will take place at Eglin Air Force Base, specifically within Building 374.
