Gutter Cleaning and Roof Inspection

Background
The 633d Contracting Squadron at Langley Air Force Base, VA, is seeking a Virginia Licensed General Contractor to perform gutter cleaning and roof inspection services for Facility 1302.

The mission of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of the building's roofing system, which is critical for the safety and operational readiness of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the following tasks:
1. Clean and discard all debris from approximately 830 feet of gutters on Building 1302.
2. Repair any leaking seams or holes found in the gutters.
3. Fabricate and install rake edge metal where missing.
4. Reattach loose fascia metal.
5. Inspect dormer flashing for deficiencies, taking photographs and noting any issues to provide to the customer.
6. Inspect the roof for deficiencies, documenting findings with photographs and a list for customer review.

The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations and ensure that the worksite is cleaned daily at the end of each workday.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period shall not exceed 100 calendar days after receipt of order.
