Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract for FY22 USACE Galveston District Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Texas Corpus Christi to Port Isabel Pipeline Dredging in Nueces, Kleberg, Kenedy, Willacy, and Cameron Counties, Texas. The work consists of pipeline maintenance dredging of various quantities between Corpus Christi Bay and Port Isabel, Texas. The solicitation is unrestricted and will be issued on or about July 2022 with a response date on or about August 2022. The estimated magnitude for this effort is between $5,000,000.00 - $10,000,000.00.

Work Details
The work consists of pipeline maintenance dredging of approximately 1,400,000 cubic yards between Corpus Christi Bay and Port Isabel, Texas with additional options for dredging varying quantities.

The completion time for the project is estimated at 135 calendar days after acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed and 46 calendar days for option work.
The solicitation issued will be a firm-fixed price contract award with bonding requirements and subcontracting goals specified.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) for the construction projects will be Nueces, Kleberg, Kenedy, Willacy, and Cameron Counties in Texas.
