Background
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Section at the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking to acquire and install a new semi-thermic and aero-dynamic kennel to mount on a vehicle, specifically a Toyota Hilux Pick-Up Truck. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of law enforcement operations involving canines.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply and installation of a semi-thermic and aero-dynamic kennel designed for optimal canine containment under controlled temperature conditions. The specifications include:

1. **Semi-thermic and Aero-Dynamic Kennel**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Must be capable of maintaining a constant temperature of 18 degrees Celsius (64.4 Fahrenheit) connected to the vehicle's air conditioning.
- Custom made for Toyota Hilux 4x4 double cabin, year 2023.
- Structure: UV resistant white fiberglass with at least 2 inches thick expanded polyethylene, aluminum rivets every 7 cm, and all nails covered to prevent bacteria accumulation.
- Dimensions: 1.60 meters L x 1.60 meters W x 0.50 meters H.
