Background
The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking to procure spare network switches to support its operational needs. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of reliable networking equipment that meets specific technical specifications, thereby enhancing the embassy's communication and operational capabilities.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide new, not previously used, Spare Network Switches as per the following specifications:
1. Cisco Catalyst 9300L 48-port PoE+, Network Essentials Base - Quantity: 6, Part Number/SKU: C9300L-48P-4X-E
2. Cisco Catalyst 9300 Series Network module - expansion module - 10 Gigabit S - Quantity: 6, Part Number/SKU: C9300-NM-8X
3. Cisco Catalyst 9200L 48-Port Data 4x1G Uplink Switch - Quantity: 3, Part Number/SKU: C9200L-48T-4G-E
4. Cisco – network stacking module - Quantity: 3, Part Number/SKU: C9200L-Stack-kit
5. Warranty - Quantity: 1
6. Shipping - Quantity: 1. The firm fixed price shall include equipment, pre-delivery inspection, certificates of origin, operator’s manuals in English and Spanish, and warranty certificates.

Period of Performance
The Contractor shall deliver the products within thirty (30) calendar days after the award of the contract.

Place of Performance
All devices must be delivered to a designated warehouse in Miami, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
The Contractor must be registered to do business in Guatemala or partner with a locally registered business for maintenance and repairs. They must also provide proof of being an authorized distributor or reseller for the specified products and have a valid international warranty on the offered products.
