Background
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Section at the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking to procure Oxygen Forensic Detective software, support, maintenance, and training.

This procurement aims to enhance the capabilities of law enforcement in digital forensics, enabling them to extract and analyze data from various sources effectively.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of Oxygen Forensic Detective software with the following specifications:

- Mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry)
- Cloud services (iCloud, Google, Microsoft, social media platforms)
- Drones and IoT devices
- Computer systems and backups
- **Analysis Features**:
- Timeline analysis
- Social graph analysis
- Keyword search across multiple data sources
- Deleted data recovery
- Password recovery and bypassing
- Application data parsing (messaging apps, social media)
- **Supported Data Types**:
- Call logs, SMS/MMS, contacts
- Photos, videos, documents
- Application data (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal)
- Location data and maps
- Browser history and bookmarks
- Encrypted data (with appropriate credentials)
- **Licenses**: Six licenses for a period of one year including maintenance and training for each licensed user.
- **Technical Requirements**: Windows operating system (Windows 10 or later), minimum 8GB RAM (16GB+ recommended), significant storage space for forensic images, USB ports for device connections, internet connection for cloud extraction and updates.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the American Embassy in Guatemala City.
