Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is under Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 561210 size standard of 1000 employees. An Offeror's submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition

Circular 2025-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117.

In accordance with FAR 12.102(c), when a policy in another part is inconsistent with FAR Part 12, Part 12 shall take precedence.

Background
This solicitation is issued by the 3rd Expeditionary Contracting Platoon (ECP) for the rental of portable shower trailers in Guam. The purpose of this contract is to provide essential shower facilities for personnel stationed at SKAGGS.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide four portable shower trailers with multiple heads as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The trailers must be compliant with all specifications outlined in the solicitation and must be delivered on the date specified. Quotes must include all requested line items, as the contract award will be made in aggregate. Any quote received without all line items priced will be considered non-responsive. Additionally, shipping costs must be identified and will be evaluated as part of the overall price. No partial deliveries will be accepted.
