Background
The contract is issued for the Guam Defense System Site 14 (GDS P-693) Secure Facility project. The agency aims to ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and Department of Defense (DoD) policies by providing comprehensive Construction Site Security Monitoring (CSSM) services.

The goal is to establish a secure construction environment that supports the successful accreditation of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of physical, personnel, technical, and procedural security required for the project. Key tasks include:
- Providing temporary construction security infrastructure and equipment.
- Delivering construction security surveillance services in accordance with ICD 705 and DoD policies.
- Managing the construction security program, including administrative tasks.
- Conducting construction surveillance operations, which encompass demobilization and closeout activities.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Guam Defense System Site 14.
