Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is under Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS code 561210 size standard of 1000 employees. An Offeror's submission of a quote does not constitute a contract or authorize work to begin. This document is not legally binding and does not commit the US Government in any way.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117.

In accordance with FAR 12.102(c), when a policy in another part is inconsistent with FAR Part 12, Part 12 shall take precedence.

Background
The 3rd Expeditionary Contracting Platoon (ECP) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The purpose of this contract is to provide basic life support services on Guam, ensuring that the necessary equipment and supplies are available for operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. **Material Handling Equipment**: Provide three forklifts on Guam as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. **Ice Delivery**: Deliver 150 bags of ice (5 lbs each) daily on Guam as outlined in the PWS.
3. **Refrigerator Units**: Supply two refrigerator units on Guam according to the PWS requirements.
4. **Folding Tables**: Provide 150 folding tables on Guam as detailed in the PWS.
5. **Folding Chairs**: Supply 500 folding chairs on Guam per the specifications in the PWS.
6. **Flood Lights**: Deliver 13 flood lights on Guam as required by the PWS.

All work under this contract will be performed on Guam.
