Background
The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is issuing this contract to provide Security Operations Support (SOS) for the Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (JTF-GTMO).

The mission of this contract is to support JTF-GTMO's collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security programs. These programs are designed to protect personnel, information, property, and operations from various threats including espionage, sabotage, terrorism, and workplace violence. The contractor will assist in fulfilling USSOUTHCOM's mission as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Security Services Support as defined in the PWS.

Specific tasks include:
- Personnel security
- Information security
- Physical security
- Security administration
- Operational support of automated intrusion detection systems (IDS), access control systems (ACS), closed-circuit television (CCTV), biometrics, and related supporting equipment.

The contractor must ensure that all employees are medically fit for their duties and maintain a stable workforce capable of adapting to changes in security requirements. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for developing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base period of nine months with an additional four twelve-month option periods.

Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
